I studied Ageing and Vitality from Leiden University Medical Centre, Leiden, The Netherlands. I completed my medical degree from one of the highly ranked medical schools in Pakistan. I also had the experience of working as a house physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Pulmonology. I have been actively involved in conducting medical research that resulted in publications in high impact peer-reviewed journals. Currently, I have eight research publications. I am working as a lecturer and a researcher in the Department of Physiology and Cell Biology, University of Health Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan.
